Evidence that works for your farm
Turn the work you are already doing into credible, usable records—without losing sight of your information.
Agropod helps farmers and advisors organize practice records, connect them to clear program requirements, and build a portable evidence trail for regenerative and low-carbon production.
Make your work easier to recognize
Markets and programs increasingly ask how crops were produced—not just what was produced.
That can include regenerative practices, soil health, nutrient stewardship, water management, low-carbon commodities, environmental markets, and buyer-specific sustainability commitments.
Clear records can help you show progress, qualify for opportunities, and avoid answering the same question in five different formats. Agropod is built to make the evidence process more practical, transparent, and repeatable.
What you may be asked to share
The records depend on the program and claim. They may cover farm and field boundaries, crop history, tillage, cover crops, nutrient applications, planting and harvest dates, irrigation, yields, soil tests, supporting documents, and delivery information.
We start with the claim, then collect only what is relevant. The goal is useful evidence—not an open-ended request for farm data.
How we use your information
Agropod helps organize records, identify missing evidence, connect information to the right field, document provenance, apply transparent methods, explain uncertainty, prepare field-level summaries, and support program or buyer review. We do not turn modeled estimates into measurements or promise outcomes we cannot verify.
No black-box participation
You should be able to understand:
What is being requested; why it is needed; who can access it; how long it is kept; whether it is aggregated or used for model development; what may be shared with a buyer; how to correct errors; how to download records; and what happens when a program ends.
These questions are part of how Agropod designs programs—not a footnote after you have joined.
Our commitments to farmers
Purpose before collection
We state why information is needed before asking for it.
Only what is necessary
We aim to collect the minimum information needed for a defined claim or program.
Clear permissions
Access and sharing expectations should be understandable before participation.
Traceable use
Material uses of farm information should be documented and explainable.
A path to correction
You should be able to flag and correct records that do not reflect your operation.
Portable records
Where feasible, you can receive your records in a usable format rather than starting over.
Honest claims
Estimated outcomes are labeled as estimates, with methods and limitations made clear.
No promise of payment
A pilot or program may help build readiness, but it does not guarantee eligibility, premiums, tax benefits, or acceptance by a buyer or verifier.
What you can take with you
Depending on the program, you may receive a farm evidence summary, field-level practice record, outcome or indicator report, documentation-gap notice, data-use summary, traceability record, submitted-evidence copy, methods notes, and program-readiness view.
Built with farmers and advisors
We use living-lab and co-design methods so the system reflects real decisions on real operations.
Farmers and advisors help shape practical recordkeeping, meaningful indicators, useful reporting, appropriate data protections, and workable paths for disputes and corrections.
You are not just a source of data—you are a participant in shaping the evidence system.
