Agropod LLC is an agricultural measurement, verification readiness, and traceability company. We help farmers, agricultural programs, and supply-chain partners determine what changed, how it was measured, what evidence supports the result, and how the associated claim can be traced.
Agricultural organizations are collecting more data than ever, but the path from data collection to a trusted claim remains fragmented. Field records may use different formats. Soil measurements may represent only a portion of a farm. Satellite observations may reveal patterns without explaining their causes. Models may produce precise-looking estimates that depend on assumptions and incomplete inputs. Agropod was created to connect these pieces. Our work combines agricultural science, geospatial intelligence, decision science, participatory design, and responsible data governance.

Dr. Maaz Gardezi
Founder & CEO
Agropod LLC was founded by Dr. Maaz Gardezi, an Associate Professor at Virginia Tech whose work focuses on trustworthy artificial intelligence, agricultural data governance, precision agriculture, decision science, and responsible innovation. His research examines how farmers, crop advisors, technology developers, and institutions evaluate emerging technologies and make decisions under uncertainty.
